Christmas Raffle 2024

Eligibility and Participation:

1. Raffle Period: The raffle will run from October 10, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

2. Purchase Requirement: For every ₱500 spent in a single transaction, the customer will receive one (1) raffle coupon. For example:

   • A purchase of ₱1,600 will earn 3 raffle coupons.

   • A purchase of ₱1,499 will earn 2 raffle coupons (₱1,499/₱500 = 2 coupons).

   • Delivery fees are not included in the total purchase amount for coupon eligibility.

3. Coupon Distribution: Each recipient of a raffle coupon will be assigned a unique random nickname to maintain anonymity throughout the raffle process.

Raffle Process:

1. Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will take place on January 3, 2025.

2. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced publicly on January 3, 2025 via the official Morning After Pill Cebu website and Facebook page. Only the winners' assigned nicknames will be posted.

3. Contacting Winners: All winners will be contacted directly through the channel they used to make their purchase (e.g., email, SMS, social media, or in-app communication).

Prizes:

1. 1st Place: One (1) Plan B One Step

2. 2nd Place: One (1) Mikfepris Emergency Contraceptive

3. 3rd Place: One (1) Mifestad Emergency Contraceptive

4. 4th Place: One (1) My Way Morning After Pill

5. 5th Place: One (1) Xiromed Morning After Pill

6. Consolation Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive ₱500 worth of products.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Anonymity: Each participant's identity will be kept confidential, and only their assigned nickname will be made public in the event they win.

2. Multiple Coupons per Transaction: Participants will earn multiple coupons based on their total spend in a single transaction. For example:

   • If a customer spends ₱1,600, they will receive 3 raffle coupons.

   • No partial coupons will be awarded for amounts less than ₱500 (e.g., ₱1,499 will earn 2 coupons).

3. One Prize Per Participant: Each participant can only win one prize, even if they hold multiple raffle coupons.

4. Raffle Results: Raffle winners are final and cannot be contested.

5. Prize Claim Deadline: Prizes must be claimed within January 2025. If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.

6. Raffle Coupon Validation: Coupons will be tracked and validated internally; no physical raffle tickets will be issued.

7. Non-transferable: Raffle coupons and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Disqualification: Any fraudulent activity or breach of the raffle mechanics will result in immediate disqualification from the raffle.

How to Redeem Prizes:

• Winners will receive instructions on how to claim their prizes when they are contacted via their purchase channel.
